Sasha Dickson, Founder
Sasha Dickson coaches investors and traders to be the best they can be at what they do, specialising in performance optimisation and leadership development. She is an ICF-certified coach, combining her expertise in behavioural development with many years of experience at the coal face of financial markets.
Sasha’s approach blends neuroscience, psychology, behavioural finance and neuroeconomics with strategic business insights to empower portfolio managers, traders, investors and founders with the tools they need to excel both personally and professionally. Her work has developed beyond traditional coaching, offering a comprehensive methodology for optimising decision-making, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering values-driven cultures at work.
After graduating with a degree in Social & Political Science from Cambridge University, Sasha started her career as a credit analyst for Citibank in New York and London. She then returned home to Hong Kong, where she joined Macquarie Bank’s Asian Equities Sales desk, eventually being headhunted to Cazenove Asia’s Equity Sales team.
Sasha left the dealing floor to build her family and invest in her own and other businesses. Optimising decision-making and coaching investors to develop themselves and their performance has been her focus for the past several years.
Sasha has worked with clients in a range of industries, including private equity, public financial markets, private wealth management, design, luxury lifestyle, green tech, wellness, and mental health.
